Will my handcrafted wares stand up to the dishwasher and microwave?

• Yes!  All of our functional, handcrafted pieces are dining, dishwasher, and microwave safe.  The cassoulets may also be used in a traditional or convection oven.  Each piece comes with care information.

 

How can I order a custom handcrafted set of dinnerware?

• Please select the form for Registry or Custom Inquiries.  Complete the form and submit.  It will go directly to our email and we will respond within 24 hours.  Custom orders cannot be returned.

 

What about the glazes?

• Although there may be slight variations in tones and hues, the pictures on our website reflect the true colors.  If you would like to know if a glaze finish is matte, satin, or gloss, just email us and will provide additional photos and examples.
   

Are there great variations in texture and surface?

• Our product and wares descriptions will explain the surface and textures.  If you would like to custom order a piece pressed with your own lace or textured fabric, please email us and we will accommodate.

 

What if I want a to mix and match so that my wares are all tricked out?

• NO problem...  If the order is a custom order, you can mix and match colors and surface textures as well as glaze finishes.

 

Will my items have a handmade and handcrafted look?

• Yes! All of our wares are handcrafted and do reflect handmade and vintage pieces.

• Keep in mind that because of the handcrafted process, there may be slight imperfections in each piece. This makes the wares unique.

 

Are your glazes food safe?

• Yes! All of our functional wares are finished with non-toxic, food-safe glazes.

 

Do you work with Registries?

• Yes! If you would like to set up a Registry, please contact us and we will create a password protected registry for your purchases.

 

Do you work in wholesale?

• Yes!  Wholesale orders are specially priced based on volume.  At least 12 items must be ordered at one time in order to receive the wholesale discount.  Please use our Wholesale Inquiry form for pricing and related information.  If you are interested in wholesale orders, we will set up a password protected area for your special order.  We welcome local and are happy to deliver to the Nashville area!
   

Are all sales final?

• Due to the nature of our tableware--all sales are final.  We cannot make exchanges or accept returns for any In-
  Stock items or Custom Orders. 
   

What about shipping?

• At this time we are only accepting local pickup orders.  However, when we start shipping again--we DO NOT work with third party shipping or freight companies and will not forward funds to a third party.  We want your piece to arrive safely.  We ONLY use the United Parcel Service (UPS) for their efficiency and speed within the United States.  We may also use the United States Postal Service (USPS) when appropriate.  Shipping is calculated based on weight, location, and items.  For International Shipping--please use our ETSY online store for ordering.

 

How long will my order take?

• Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for design, creating, and shipping--one payment has been received.  Occasionally when we are working on a large restaurant order your items may take up to 10 weeks from start to shipping.

• In-stock items ship within 1-3 days after receiving payment.

Protecting Our Customers and Our Business from Fraud

1. We do not wire or send money to a third party at a customer’s request (including Western Union, MoneyGram, bank transfer, etc.).

2. We always double check the billing zip code with the shipping zip code provided.

3. We never use shipping companies that are unfamiliar.  We use UPS and USPS.  International orders must go through our online store.

4. We prefer all orders (unless local) go through our online store.  If needed, we will request a copy of the driver’s license and card to verify that the name of the customer matches the name on the card.
